Become an Officer with GMT!

Are you ready to take your leadership to the next level while making a meaningful impact on your campus and in global communities? Becoming an officer in UTA’s chapter of GMT is more than just a title… it’s a chance to grow as a servant leader, build lifelong friendships, and gain the kind of real-world experience that sets you apart as a future healthcare professional.

As an officer, you’ll help coordinate medical brigades, organize campus-wide health initiatives, lead general body meetings, and mentor fellow pre-health students. Our board works closely with faculty, healthcare professionals, and international partners to bring transformative experiences to both our members and the communities we serve.

Whether you're passionate about public health, logistics, community outreach, education, or international service, there’s a role for you on our team. Officers receive priority access to brigades, exclusive leadership training, and can earn graduation cords and certificates that strengthen their professional portfolios.

If you’re driven, creative, and passionate about healthcare equity, we encourage you to apply during our recruitment period each semester. No prior experience is required — just dedication, initiative, and a heart for service.
