Alisha Khan

Alisha Khan is a junior majoring in Biology with a minor in Forensic Applications of Science and Technology on the pre-med track. Alisha is elated to be GMT’s Vice President for the 2025-2026 school year. She is excited to make new connections and meet new and current members. Alisha is proud to be a member of Global Medical Training as it has allowed her to expand her horizons not only on an academic level, but also humanitarian wise. On her medical mission trip to Peru in the Spring of 2025, she made lasting memories of all the interactions she had with the joyous children and welcoming people she met. She was able to collaborate with Peruvian health-care professionals and engage in first-hand conversations, diagnoses, treatments, and certain procedures. Through this enlightening opportunity, she gained plenty of medical insight and sharpened her life skills, while also creating lasting relationships with the people she met on the trip.

.In addition to being a member of GMT, Alisha is also a part of the Pre-PA Society, MAPS, and Advancement of Females in Medicine.

Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, playing pickleball with friends, creating art, trying new things, and spending time with her pets! One of her personal goals is to travel the world and visit all of the Seven Wonders of the World (one down and six more to go)! She is excited to embark on this new journey as VP for the upcoming year and honored to represent such a service-oriented organization.
